러시아 대사 '알렉산드르 질베르칸트'는 벨기에 브리쉘에서 열린 전시 개회식의 축하 연설 중, 알 수 없는 폭발물 테러를 당한다. 다행히 대사는 살아남게 되고 이 테러 사건을 일으킨 신원 미상의 범인은 대사를 죽이기 위한 새로운 실험을 위해 소녀 '밀라'를 납치하여 알 수 없는 방에 가둔다. 인터넷으로 생중계되는 고통스러운 실험 속에서 밀라는 어떻게든 빠져나가려고 애써보지만 정신적, 육체적 고문은 점차 심해져만 간다. 한편 밀라의 부모는 딸이 실종됐음을 알게 되고 경찰의 조사가 시작되지만 그녀의 흔적은 어디에도 발견되지 않고 수사는 점점 미궁으로 빠지게 되는데…

Her unknown abductors talk to her though a loudspeaker and set strict rules: she cannot sleep and has to fulfill bizarre and violent tasks if she hopes to stay alive. At first, it looks like someone's sick idea of entertainment but as the demands become more intense, Mila begins to realize that she is losing control of her own mind and may be a pawn in a twisted and deadly psychological experiment.
